Fall Creek Dental
A Great Dentist

Financial Information

Our goal is to provide treatment in a timely manner to minimize unnecessary complications that can occur as a result of delayed care.

If you have questions, please be sure to contact our office for more information on payment options.

We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental Premier and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

As a courtesy to our patients, we gladly file your dental insurance claim and collect just your estimated co-payment on the day of service. As all insurance plans are different and vary by employer, patients are still responsible for any balance after we receive any insurance payments.

Third-Party Financing

For your convenience, we are pleased to accept CareCredit.

CareCredit allows you to:

  • Schedule treatment sooner rather than later.
  • Pay no up-front costs, annual fees, or prepayment penalties.
  • Enjoy rates that are much lower than most credit cards.

Another benefit of CareCredit is that, unlike dental insurance, it can be used for cosmetic dentistry procedures.

You can choose your payment plan from no-interest, short-term to extended options (24 to 60 months).

Other Payment Options

We understand that every patient’s financial situation is different, but we don’t want concerns about payment to keep you from getting the care you need.

For this reason, we have a variety of payment options to assist you in receiving the dental treatment you need and want with respect to your budget. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
